Are you looking to have an alcohol free Christmas this year? Then this is the article for you.

There are many reasons why you may wish to make 2022’s celebrations a booze free one, from cost saving to giving up the substance. Many family members and friends have gone through difficult times with alcohol, and even sought out addiction treatment centres, and the festive period can often be a difficult one to navigate, with temptation at every turning and heightened stress.

Of course, you want to limit that if you can, and by having a booze free Christmas then you’re certainly helping. But the thing is, that doesn’t mean you need to stick to the Coke, lemonade or the more standard soft drinks, you can make Christmas exciting with some merry mocktails too…

Blood Orange Soda

Blood orange is in season at this time of year and you can enjoy an amazing Italian blood orange soda that has a real sweet and lovely taste to it. You only need a handful of ingredients, and it only takes about 15 minutes to make. It’s perfect for an afternoon tipple and a little treat ahead of Christmas dinner.

Toasted Marshmallow Campfire Mocktail

You’ve got to indulge a little at Christmas and what better way to do it than with a cocktail that is so rich and creamy.

It takes around five minutes to make and is filled with marshmallows, coffee and syrup and is an amazing winter warmer to enjoy on Christmas day.

You will need a coffee machine for this as you need some hot espresso, so if you have the capabilities, then you really should make it.
