For promoting inclusivity, Walt Disney World removed their traditional greeting, which was to invoke all the people from the fireworks of Magic Kingdom. According to the insider report, this greeting will be started by addressing people as dreamers instead of ladies and gentlemen.

Employees of Disney world have gone to the cast member to attend a firework show at the Magic Kingdom on Wednesday. This show was the preview of the main Happily Ever After show. This show has not changed virtually like in previous years. However, this show has updated the opening greeting process.

Tokyo Disney Resort did the same in March. This resort changed the phrase to Welcome Everyone from Ladies and Gentlemen. This phrase promotes gender inclusivity in the park announcements.

On the website, a Disney fan stated that the Oriental Land Company had brought this change initially. This company provides licenses to the brand Disney, Disney characters and their harmony of the park. However, Japanese announcements already have this kind of gender inclusivity, unlike English announcements.

According to the spokesperson of Oriental Land Company, the Tokyo Disney Resort must provide a funny and comfortable experience. He has thought that all the gender identities will be comfortable after visiting the park with the help of this change. He also added that this change is ideal in terms of social norms.

After several efforts, this greeting has changed in the latest month. This has become more heartwarming to guests.

The company decided to remove racially aggravated scenes to negate the negative depiction and promote diversity of the world.
